DBT Skills
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) was developed by Dr. Marsha Linehan as an evidence-based approach to helping individuals develop emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness skills.
This DBT Skills based one-on-one training programme is designed to teach practical skills to tweens to help them manage emotions, handle stress, and improve relationships. It is not therapy and does not replace any support from psychologists, psychiatrists, or counsellors. I am not a psychologist, psychiatrist, or counsellor; I am a facilitator who teaches DBT skills in a small yet structured and supportive environment..
